You're very welcome, Joanna: I wouldn't be in this field if I didn't enjoy our conversations about teaching and writing. And thanks likewise: your writing at CCE is one of the voices that I find most worth listening to in those conversations.

Mike, thanks for doing this--I am very glad that someone is posting about the other blog presenters so that we can get a good sense of all that's going on in blogacademe. I haven't had time yet to read this thoroughly, but to continue the proposalmaking ideas that Katherine and Cindy have been talking about, I wonder if there isn't someone out there who could do something on communal blogs, like CCE or Progressive Teachers and discuss how they are similar to/ different from the univocal blog. I'm not offering myself for this project, BTW.

And, let me just say that for all of the teasing I give you, you have been one of my "blogparents" for the past year. I've gained so much not only in terms of your intellectual writing, but also in terms of blogging in the classroom and blogging in general. And cats. So thanks.
